Clinton resident Traci Brown-Armstrong, 48, has been identified by Clinton police as the driver involved in the March 1 fatality of Elk City resident Mathew McComas, 29. McComas was killed at approximately 3:30 p.m. that day near North 15 Street and Hunt Avenue in Clinton when the motorized bicycle he was riding was hit by a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche driven by Brown-Armstrong.
Clinton’s miniature golf course is in full swing for the 2022 season. The course had its first day of operation Sunday, March 13.

The Clinton Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 3:48 p.m. Saturday at 321 Van Buren Dr. According to Capt. Blake Shaddon, firefighters were on scene within a minute after being notified by dispatch. Four vehicles and 12 firemen responded to the call.
