Clinton resident Traci Brown-Armstrong, 48, has been identified by Clinton police as the driver involved in the March 1 fatality of Elk City resident Mathew McComas, 29. McComas was killed at approximately 3:30 p.m. that day near North 15 Street and Hunt Avenue in Clinton when the motorized bicycle he was riding was hit by a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche driven by Brown-Armstrong.
