Clinton resident Jesus Bonilla, 21, was charged March 7 with his “second and subsequent offense of violating a protective order” while he was incarcerated at the Custer County Jail.

Custer County commissioners extended the county’s burn ban for another two weeks and added an additional exception to the ban during their regular Monday meeting.
