PARIS (AP) — The Tour d’Argent already boasts a 320,000-bottle wine cellar, a world-famous duck recipe and a storied 441-year history. As the new year quickly approaches, Clinton City Manager Robert Johnston says the City is looking ahead to it and the culmination of many projects, including the beginning of the Exit 65 interchange project.
