(AP) —An experimental Alzheimer's drug modestly slowed the brain disease's inevitable worsening — but the anxiously awaited new data leaves unclear how much difference that might make in people's lives.
The Clinton Hospital Authority met for a special meeting Tuesday to discuss the hospital manager transition between AllianceHealth and Carrus Health. While a majority of the meeting took place in executive session with the press and public barred, the authority did move to show support to Carrus Health and their plan to retain current hospital employees.
Candidate filing for the Clinton Board of Education No. 3 seat and Arapaho-Butler Board of Education District No. 1 and No. 3 seats will open Monday at 8 a.m. and close Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the Custer County Election Board Office, located at 633 N. Sixth St. in Clinton.
