Shepherd Home Health and Hospice will be hosting its eighth annual Memorial Service at 6 p.m. Thursday at the First Mennonite Church located at 700 S. 19th St. in Clinton. The annual candlelight service is held to honor loved ones who have passed and those who are wishing to attend are asked to wear a mask.
With the rise in flu cases across the county and state, area school districts are working to keep students and teachers safe going into the end of the fall semester with increased disinfectant procedures and encouraging families to keep their sick students at home.
