An Elk City man is in stable condition following a motorcycle accident in Beckham County around 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Though no formal action was taken during Tuesday’s special meeting, the Clinton City Council voiced its opinions to leave the activities center at Acme Park closed.
The “Night of the Arts” usually held at Clinton High School in the spring is yet one more event that had to be cancelled this year, since a public, in-person art exhibit would break all the rules of social distancing. So art teacher Joy Badillo is organizing a “virtual” art show that she’s alsoopening up to CHS faculty as well as CHS students.
