Citizen of the Year was awarded to Dr. Floyd Simon Jr. Friday night at the annual Clinton Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet. Other award recipients included Dara Moser, Volunteer of the Year; Donelle Wollmann, AMBUCS Woman of the Year; Pat Smith, Rotary Business Person of the Year; and Donna Rother, Clinton Public School Foundation Award.
