Jesus “Jessie” Sifuentes
A Mass of Christian Burial for Jesus “Jessie” Antonio Sifuentes, 55, Weatherford resident, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Clinton, officiated by Father Thomas Tudota.
A Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton.
Sifuentes died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, in his Weatherford home. He was born June 13, 1958 in Carrizo Springs, Texas, the son of Jesus Lara Sifuentes and Francisca (Gutierrez) Sifuentes.
He was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1976.
He attended the Western Technology Center and achieved his auto mechanic certificate. He was employed with Bill Teel Chevrolet and Wayne Buck Chevrolet.
Sifuentes had owned and operated his own mechanic shop for several years and most recently Jessie’s Auto in Weatherford.
Preceding him in death was his father.
He was a member of St. Eugene’s Catholic Church in Weatherford.
Survivors include his mother, Francisca Sifuentes, of Clinton; two sisters, Maria Rosales and Mina Sifuentes, both of Clinton; two brothers, Ricky Sifuentes, of Clinton, and Arthur Sifuentes, of Burns Flat; a special friend, Janice Caulkins, and her daughter; as well as several nieces and nephews.
His wishes were to be cremated after the funeral service.
