Friday, Jan. 18, 2021, is the last day to apply for voter registration in order to be eligible to vote in the Jan. 12, 2021, Town of Arapaho Special PSO Franchise Election and the Hammon School District Special Election, Custer County Secretary, Ann Brown, said.
