Dr. Jerry Hernandez, a physician who lives in Cordell but formerly practiced in Hobart, was indicted Thursday by an Oklahoma City grand jury on a charge of first-degree manslaughter for allegedly shooting a man to death in December of 2016 after they argued over politics.

Norma Cox Bozell was born on October 13, 1933, at Madill, OK to Everett S. and Anna M.(Shaw) Cox.  She passed away Friday, September 15, 2017, in Talihina, OK at the age of 83.
