We're not sure if the clothes made the cutest little cowgirl or if it was just the girl, but one-girl-old Jordan Rodriguez of Clinton, daughter of Ashley and Gabriel Rodriguez, turned her outfit into a winning combination in the under three category at the Hot Dog Daze festivities.

This is it Clintons Centennial Locomotive. The complete train is expectecd to arrive in Clinton in early August.
