Clinton Ministerial Alliance evangelical campaign that opens

DICK DODGE may be down, but he's
sure not out. In 1994, the last time the Arapaho girls won a
state basketball championship, Dodge was an Oklahoma Highway
Patrol trooper and escorted the team from Arapaho through Clinton
as it left for its first game. Now confined to a wheelchair
because of a debilitating stroke, Dodge was sitting by the side
of the highway this morning cheering the 2006 team on as it
