A WELDER WORKING on the new Clinton Indian Hospital was transported via Cheyenne-Arapaho ambulance to Integris Clinton Regional Hospital after falling from a beam about 8 o'clock this morning. Shawn Scott, project manager for SGS, L.L.C., the builder, said the worker was not believed to be seriously hurt. AN OCCUPANT of this 1996 Buick was killed early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle accident near the 69-mile marker of I-40. According to Trooper Gary Smith, of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the car was traveling eastbound in the westbound lane near the east Clinton exit around 6:30 a.m. when it collided with an 18-wheel truck.
