Ruby Ruth Roubidoux
Funeral services for Ruby Ruth Roubidoux, 89, of Elk City, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Cheyenne and Arapaho Community Building at Clinton.
Officiating will be Rev. Linda Wright with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Elk City.
There will be a wake from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday in the Stanley Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton.
Mrs. Roubidoux died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at Grace Living Center, in Clinton. She was born July 8, 1924 in Hammon, the daughter of Fred Mann and Ruth (Porcupine) Mann.
She was raised in the Hammon area and attended and graduated from the Chilocco Indian School and also attended the Concho Boarding School.
She had been employed as a nursing aide and retired from the Western Oklahoma State Hospital in Ft. Supply.
Survivors include three daughters, LuAnn Garcia of Elk City, Pam Kincade of Marietta and Liz Page of Thackerville; two sons, James Mann of Lamedeer, Mont. and Linus Roubidoux of Lander, Wyo.; one niece, Henrietta Mann, and numerous grandchildren, great and great-grea-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; three sisters, Marian Twins, Lucill Parton and Sue Stone; and one brother, Henry Mann Sr.
