Norma Glenn Kirby White
Graveside services for Norma Glenn Kirby White, 71, of Weatherford, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Arapaho Cemetery.
Mrs. White died Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Saint Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She was born Aug. 20, 1942, in Bakersfield, Calif., where she grew up with three sisters and four brothers.
She and James Doyle White married on July 21, 1961, in Hammon. At the time, she was 18 and he was 25.
They resided in Clinton, where she worked as a seamstress while their three children were growing up, until her husband’s death. She retired from the Clinton Veterans Center.
She lived with her daughter, Rhonda Mowles and her husband, David, of Weatherford while she worked at Corn Heritage Village.
Preceding her in death were her parents, a brother and her husband.
Survivors include two daughters, Rhonda Mowles and her husband, David, of Weatherford and Shauna Precure of Weatherford; a son. Timothy White and his wife, Judy, of Clinton; eight grandchildren and their spouses; 11 great grandchildren; three sisters; and three brothers.
