John Keith Fisher
Memorial services for John Keith Fisher are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the CARE Building behind the American Legion Building on S. Highway 183 in Clinton.
Fisher was born on May 4, 1955, in Clinton to William Leroy Fisher Sr. and Rosa Lee (Thompson) Fisher. He died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, in Oklahoma City.
He attended Excelsior School, Clinton Jr. High, Clinton High School and was a graduate of the class of 1973. He joined the U.S. Air Force. After the military he worked in numerous positions: El Reno Correctional Facility, Howell Machine Shop, Braum’s, State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Deaconess and Select Hospital in Oklahoma City until his health began to decline.
Survivors include his daughter, Shante and her husband, Ed Stephens; two sons, John Duff, and Kodi Fisher and his wife, Megan, all of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; a sister, Bonnie, and her husband, Ervan Randle, of Weatherford; and two brothers, William Fisher and his wife, Yumecca of Mesquite, Texas, and Bruce Fisher and his wife, Laura, of Oklahoma City; an uncle, Rudy Thompson, of Inglewood Calif.; and two Aunts, Bertha Fulmer of Rialto, Calif. and Mozall Johnson of San Diego, Calif.; and a very special friend, Carmel Kay Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Carolyn and Gloria.
