Aurora Diane “Cookie” Rodriquez-Balch
Memorial services for Aurora Diane “Cookie” Rodriquez-Balch, 35 year-old Weatherford resident, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of the Lockstone Funeral Home in Weatherford with Jim Morrison officiating.
Balch died Wednesday, April 30, 2014, in a car accident in Kiowa County, Kansas.
She was born Nov. 6, 1978, in Lawton, the daughter of Mike Martinez and Loretta (Cheater) Rodriquez.
Raised in the Binger area, she graduated from Binger-Oney High School in 1997. She attended cosmetology school at Fort Cobb Vo-Tech some years later.
Balch was an employee of Lucky Star Casino in Clinton for several years. She was then employed at Wal-Mart in Weatherford.
Survivors include her parents, Mike and Loretta Rodriquez of Weatherford; one son, Josh Morris of Binger; two daughters, Dezyre Morris and Jazmynn Morris of Binger; three brothers, Mike Rodriquez Jr. and his wife, Jaime, of Weatherford, Jesse Rodriquez and his wife, Rebecca, of Eakly, and Jeremy Rodriquez and his wife, Lindsey, of Blair; and two sisters, Amanda Harrelson and her husband, Michael, of Hinton and Sunshine Yeahquo of Anadarko.
