The surviving daughters of Marvin G. May, a man who died March 18, 2022, after being detained 52 days at the Custer County Jail, filed a lawsuit Thursday in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma alleging their father received negligent care in regard to his physical and mental health at the facility up until the time of his death.
