Online test system flunks again
It’s happened again — a statewide crash of the online state-mandated school testing system by the same vendor that had a statewide crash last year.
Asst. Supt. Jason James said the district had started a seventh grade online reading test around 9 a.m. Monday at the testing site that’s been set up for Clinton Middle School and Clinton High School students in the new practice gym. The students got to answer about three questions before the first crash hit.
The system came back up again only to go back out a short time later. At 10:05 a.m. Monday, the school offices received an email concerning “online test delivery system disruptions.”
