“Healthcare has changed and it has been turned into a business,” said new Integris Clinton Regional Hospital chief executive officer Rob Lake as the keynote speaker at Wednesday’s bi-annual Clinton Chamber of Commerce general membership luncheon as he spoke before a nearly packed house in the front lobby of the Frisco Center.
In his opening remarks, Lake said “the system is broke.” He said not only is it dealing with trauma and heart attacks, but also weight loss, hair loss and even “improved sex lives.”
