Clinton musician finding success with Esoterik group out of OKC
A chance meeting two and a half years ago in the Outlet Mall at Oklahoma City has led to the forming of the band Esoterik, which has released its first album of 10 songs the members wrote themselves and a music video. And the group even has plans to go on nationwide tour as a support band for the popular Austrian group Nachtmahr March 27-April 6.
Playing keyboards for Esoterik is 2004 Clinton High School alumnus Austin Hayes, who many will know from his work as a hair stylist at Adam’s Edge here. He started on this promising musical journey when he spotted a girl with a distinctive hairdo at an Oklahoma City store and decided, “That’s someone I want to meet.”
