Wyatt Eaton hit his first home run of the season for the Reds Tuesday afternoon vs. Woodward.

   The rout was on early for the Red Tornadoes Tuesday afternoon at home vs. Woodward.

   After giving up a run in the top of the first, the Reds would score 18 runs in the first four innings as they went on to run-rule the Boomers 18-3 and improve to 14-9 on the season.

This was the scene at Grace Living Center Tuesday when youngsters scattered out on the nursing home’s grounds to hunt for Easter eggs with the help of Peter Cottontail. The egg hunters included (kneeling in front) Savannah Flores, (in the foreground from left) James Buckmaster, Ryder Bishop, Arianna Venegas, (kneeling) Baylor Brittain, Georgia Rose and Scarlett Rose. In the background were Callie Serfoss (left) and Snider Dowdell.

   A colorful assortment of egg hunts is on tap for this weekend in Clinton, Arapaho, Butler and Foss Lake.

   The annual Washita National Wildlife Refuge Anniversary Celebration will be held in conjunction with the Foss State Park Easter EGGStravaganza from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Foss State Park.

Southwest Elementary School educators were trying to get their students pumped for testing this week by wearing super hero costumes to the morning assembly Tuesday.    Testing and end-of-the-year personnel shuffles were the main topics of discussion at Monday’s Clinton Board of Education meeting.
