OKLAHOMA CITY – By the scoreboard, Clinton failed its first road test of the season as the Red Tornadoes lost to Heritage Hall 39-29 Friday.

Despite smashing into a semi, a Clinton man had plenty of reason to be thankful Thursday afternoon.

Weatherford police were searching Thursday for a man suspected of shooting another with a handgun in a dispute over the purchase of an automobile.

The suspect is Deondrae Jones, 37, and the victim was Roger Gaston, 33. Both men are current Weatherford residents.
